Our Wild Mushroom Mix is truly one of a kind. Combining the diverse flavours of 7 varieties of wild mushrooms found throughout the Pacific Northwest, this is our own unique blend and is truly special. Ingredients are: golden and yellowfoot chanterelle, porcini, black trumpet, cauliflower mushroom, pine mushroom and lobster mushroom. This mix can pair with any dish, from a meat to a risotto, from pasta to soup.
When rehydrating, place in warm water for 15-25 minutes and remember to save the flavour infused water for cooking with later.
